# Usage & Quota

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/iuKdZokY2w0>" %}

The quota on Visibrain follows two different approaches, one for X/Twitter and the other for the main sources (Meta, TikTok, Bluesky, Telegram, online press, YouTube) and LinkedIn.

### Main sources (Meta, TikTok, Bluesky, Telegram, online press, YouTube)

The quota works in increments of 10 keywords that can be used on all these networks, with an unlimited volume of publications collected by a topic.\
On these networks, you can also decide to set up what is known as a panel. This is a topic in which you do not monitor keywords but the activity of different accounts. You can thus put up to 500 accounts across the various main sources on the panel without this being counted against your active keyword quota.<br>

### LinkedIn

When it comes to LinkedIn, the logic of unlimited keywords and volume remains the same.\
Rules are purchased in increments of 1 LinkedIn rule. We are talking about rules on LinkedIn here, not keywords, because monitoring the activity of an account on LinkedIn will count towards your quota in the same way as a keyword.

### X/Twitter

On X/twitter, on the other hand, the quota is determined by the volume of tweets collected per month. There is no limit to the number of keywords and operators used to configure the topic, allowing for a sufficiently precise definition. It should be noted that this quota is not limited, as we know that in the event of a crisis, this data will be important to you. This means that it is important to define your topic correctly from the outset to avoid monitoring a subject that is too broad. To check the volume generated by the query you plan to set up, feel free to run a few tests in our Quicktrends tool. It will allow you to preview the volumes and adjust your setup.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.visibrain.com/platform-guide/account-settings/usage-and-quota.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
