What are the differences between a subtopic and the Filter Library?

• Subtopic are essentially subdivisions of a broader Topic, created to provide a better organization of content, you can use them to save a filter used to refine a Topic to, for example, focus on a sub-theme, It's linked to the monitoring Topic. You can find a Subtopic on the homepage and access it with one click, just like the other Topics.

• The Filter Library, on the other hand, are a list of general Filters you can invoque to use on any set of data and in any topic.
