# Filter Library

Access the Filter Library from any Topic, Smartboard, Alert or Report at any moment, use them to create & apply filters to your data.&#x20;

These filters are shared with the rest of your team, they're taylor-made to fit your needs : specific influencer lists, media list, negative subjects ...&#x20;

## Add a new Filter to your Filter Library&#x20;

To add a new filter to your Filter Library, click on the menu next to "Add Filter" after having applied a new filter and click on "Save to Filter Library"&#x20;

Name your Filter&#x20;

When using filters that are specific to a monitoring module (example : original\_bio\_contains or is\_company:), your filter will only apply to the specific monitoring module you chose. \
If you want your filter to be available on all montioring modules, we recommend you use common filtering operators (from, bio\_contains, followers\_count, profile\_contains, full\_contains, has\_emoji ....)

## Load from Filter LIbrary&#x20;

To load a filter from your Filter Library, click on the menu next to "Add Filter" after having applied a new filter and click on "Load from Filter Library"&#x20;

**You will find a number of pre-saved Filters**

These general filters can be used and useful in a large number of situations : identifying journalists or bloggers, influencers or general negative comments ...

You will not be able to modify these pre-saved filters.&#x20;
